Dave Faulkner has been working in the design industry since 1999. Dave's first role was as a Designer at Interesource in 1999. Dave then worked as a Design Engineer at Densitron in 2000, followed by Designer roles at Formation and Connevans Limited in 2000 and 2001 respectively. In 2007, they became a Senior Designer at Runfold Medical, and in 2010 they were appointed Technical Director at Design Method. In 2012, they joined BTG as a Senior Design Engineer, and was later promoted to Design Manager and then Senior Design Manager. In 2019, they moved to Boston Scientific as a Senior Design Manager, and most recently in 2022 they were appointed Lead Designer at Osler Diagnostics.
Dave Faulkner has a varied educational background. Dave obtained a Ma in Design Research for Disability from London Metropolitan University between 2005 and 2007. From 1996 to 1999, they completed a Bsc (Hons) in Industrial Design from Brunel University London. Additionally, they attended Chaucer Technology School, but did not receive a degree. Dave also holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute, which they obtained in September 2020.
