Alison Hayman is a highly experienced legal professional with extensive expertise in intellectual property law. Currently a Partner at Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP since July 2023, Alison has previously held partner positions at Cassels Brock & Blackwell LLP from July 2013 to July 2023 and at McMillan LLP from January 2012 to June 2013. Alison began as an Intellectual Property Associate at Lang Michener LLP in 2005, where advice on the protection, enforcement, and licensing of intellectual property, particularly in trademarks, copyright, and domain name disputes, was provided. Alison's legal career commenced at Osler from 2003 to 2005 as an Associate.
