Caroline Stephens

Caroline Stephens is a Partner at Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP, where since July 2018, the practice has focused on commercial real estate law, including transactions, construction law, and financing, as well as negotiating commercial leases. Caroline has been recognized in the 2023 edition of Best Lawyers Canada - “Ones to Watch.” Additionally, as a Co-Founder of the "Jeunes Philanthropes de l’Institut de recherche de l’Université de Montréal," a group dedicated to raising funds and awareness for the University of Montreal’s Institute for Research in Immunology and Cancer, Caroline has contributed significant donations to the institute. Prior experience includes serving as a Real Estate and Corporate Associate at Fasken Martineau DuMoulin and as an Articling Student. Caroline holds a Bachelor of Laws from the Université de Montréal and a Bachelor of Commerce from Concordia University, supplemented by a Diploma of College Studies in Health Sciences and a High School Diploma in Pure and Applied Sciences.
