Heather Smith

Heather Smith is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in hospitality and catering services. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Hospitality Services and Special Events at Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP since March 1997, Heather has honed skills in event management and client relations. Previous roles include Catering Sales Representative at Catered Affare and Assistant General Manager at Mad Dogs International. Heather began a culinary career as an Apprentice Chef at Constellation Hotel Rexdale, having completed a Canadian Red Seal/Chef Apprenticeship Program at George Brown College, where culinary expertise was further developed.
