Helena Gagne

Helena Gagne is a partner at Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP, specializing in tax, estate planning, and the taxation of high-net-worth individuals as well as Wills and Estate and Trust Law since January 2022. Previously, Helena served as a tax lawyer at KPMG Canada and held a position as an associate at Davies Ward Phillips & Vineberg LLP. Additionally, Helena contributed to academia as a lecturer in the Master in Tax program at HEC Montréal and gained experience as a senior tax analyst at Deloitte. Helena earned an LL.M. Fisc from HEC Montréal and a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Université de Montréal. Further credentials include membership in STEP Canada, The Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (Canada).
