Kai Sheffield

Kai Sheffield is a seasoned legal professional with a strong focus on corporate law, currently serving as a Partner at Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP since January 2017. Previously, Kai worked as an Associate in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP from September 2012 to January 2017, having started as a Summer Associate at the same firm in 2011. Kai holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) with Honours from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from The University of British Columbia.
