Kelsey Armstrong

Kelsey Armstrong is a Partner at Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP, with a focus on corporate finance and securities, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and general corporate matters, bringing extensive experience in various transactions including plans of arrangement, hostile take-over bids, private equity transactions, share and asset acquisitions, and complex restructurings. Kelsey has progressed through the firm from Summer Student to Articling Student and Associate before achieving the Partner title. Kelsey holds a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from the University of Alberta (2010) and a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance from the University of Calgary (2007).
