Martha Martindale

Martha Martindale is a partner in the Banking and Financial Services practice group at Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP, based in Vancouver, since October 2016. With extensive expertise in commercial lending, Martha handles various types of files, including term and revolving facilities, participation and syndicated agreements, and convertible facilities. Previously, Martha served as a partner in the Financial Services Group at Borden Ladner Gervais LLP from May 2005 to September 2016, focusing on lending matters and bankruptcy and insolvency. Martha holds a Bachelor of Commerce from McGill University and a Bachelor of Laws from The University of British Columbia.
