Mary Paterson

Mary Paterson is a Partner at Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP, where employment has been since September 2005. In addition, Mary serves as a Board Member for Pro Bono Ontario and as a Member of the Board of Directors for Project Work, both roles held since April 2020 and November 2006, respectively. Prior experience includes a Clerk position at the Court of Appeal for Ontario from September 2004 to June 2005, working under Chief Justice McMurtry and Justices Goudge, Laskin, and Weiler. Earlier in the career trajectory, Mary completed summer positions at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP and Burnet, Duckworth & Palmer LLP. Academic qualifications include a LL.B. from York University - Osgoode Hall Law School and dual degrees (BComm. and B.A. in English) from the University of Calgary.
