Michael Innes

Michael Innes is a distinguished partner and the National Chair of the Corporate Group at Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP, overseeing areas such as Capital Markets, Emerging and High Growth Companies, M&A, and Private Equity since November 2004. Innes contributes to the Firm’s Diversity Committee Executive Council and Operations Committee and has previously served as Chair of the Audit Committee and as a member of the Partnership Board. Prior to joining Osler, Innes held associate positions at Testa, Hurwitz & Thibeault, LLP and GE Silicones, and worked as a Process Engineer at Syncrude Canada Ltd. Innes earned a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Waterloo.
