Richard Wong

Richard Wong has extensive experience in construction law, currently serving as the Chair of the International Construction Division for the American Bar Association Forum on Construction Law since November 2017. Additionally, Richard holds the position of Partner at Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP, a role commenced in 2004, where the practice focuses on major renewable and non-renewable power projects in Canada, as well as civil and infrastructure design and construction projects. Expertise includes project structuring, risk allocation, procurement processes, contracting, and power purchase agreement negotiation. Prior experience includes an associate position at Goodman and Carr LLP from November 2002 to January 2004. Richard earned a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Toronto between 1992 and 1995.
