Currently serving as Chief Privacy and Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary at ICES since May 2018 and as Special Counsel at Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP since May 2023, Rosario has a strong background in corporate governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance. Previous roles include Adjunct Lecturer at the Institute of Health Policy, Management and Evaluation, where a course on health law and policy was developed, and Manager of the Privacy and Access Office at Cancer Care Ontario. Rosario began a legal career at Gowling Lafleur Henderson LLP and has held various positions focused on health, law, and intellectual property, complemented by a robust educational foundation in law and public health from reputable institutions.
