Simon Hodgett

Simon Hodgett is a Partner in the Technology Group at Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP, where a team of 11 lawyers specializes in commercial technology law, focusing on innovative commercial contracting for technology providers and users. Prior to becoming a Partner in March 2008, Simon served as an Associate at Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP from 2000 to 2008, and held Associate positions at Morris, Rose, Ledgett, LLP from 1998 to 2000 and at Poole, Althouse, Clark from 1996 to 1998. Simon holds an LL.M. in International Law from The London School of Economics and Political Science (1994-1995), an LL.B. from York University - Osgoode Hall Law School (1987-1990), and a B.A. (Hon) in History and Music from Memorial University, Newfoundland and Labrador (1982-1987).
