Avantika is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as the Group Compliance Officer at OSM Thome since May 2023, focusing on regulatory excellence and compliance frameworks. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Corporate Legal Manager and Corporate Legal Manager at Thome Group, providing advisory on corporate matters, M&As, joint ventures, and regulatory issues.
