Martin Randolph has worked for four companies in the past. Martin began their career in 2002 as a Security Professional at Fujitsu Network Communications. In 2016, they founded Shooter Squad Clothing Inc. From 2017 to 2018, they served as the Chief Executive Officer at Key 1 Technologies Inc / Just Wait App. Currently, they are the Chief Executive Officer at Osmond.

Martin Randolph studied Business/ e Commerce Branding/ Coding/ Mobile Apps at the University of California, Santa Cruz from 2009 to 2011. Martin then attended Brooklyn College from 2012 to 2013, where they were a student of Computer Software and Mobile applications.
