Elisa Knapp

Elisa Knapp has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Elisa is currently working as a Data Analyst at Osmose since May 2021. Prior to this, Elisa worked as a Brand Associate at Athleta starting from November 2019.

Elisa gained valuable experience at Hurricane Island Outward Bound School, where they held two roles. Elisa started their career as a Lifeguard at YWCA USA from September 2014 to May 2019, where they ensured pool safety, enforced rules, and taught swim lessons to children.

Elisa also had a role as a Program Coordinator at SUNY Cortland 68th Annual Recreation Conference from January to November 2018. Elisa managed the conference schedule, recruited speakers, and served as the point person for conference-related matters.

In addition, Elisa worked as a Campus Tour Guide at SUNY Cortland Admissions from August 2014 to May 2017, where they conducted campus tours and provided information to prospective students.

Lastly, they gained further lifeguarding and swim instruction experience at Syracuse Department of Parks and Recreation from June 2011 to August 2015.

Elisa Knapp completed their education at the State University of New York Cortland. Elisa obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Geographic Information Systems in 2017. Later, they pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Recreation Management between 2017 and 2019. In terms of additional certifications, Elisa acquired First Aid and CPR certifications from the American Red Cross in December 2019. Elisa also obtained a Lifeguarding certification from the same institution in December 2019. Furthermore, Elisa earned a Wilderness First Responder certification from SOLO in November 2018. There is no information available about their attainment of a Water Safety Instructor certification.
