Jose Villalba

Jose Villalba has a diverse range of work experience spanning over two decades. Jose started their career at Bespak as a Pilot Production and Quality Intern in 2000. Jose then joined Tindall Corporation in 2001, where they held various roles such as Project Engineer, Plant Industrial Engineer, Production Supervisor, Quality Control Manager, Project Manager, Plant Production Manager, and finally as the Plant Manager for the Corrections Texas Division. In 2014, they transitioned to Osmose, where they initially served as a Senior Project Manager before progressing to Director of Project Management, Vice President - Contracts, Vice President Customer Service, and currently holds the position of Vice President Operations. Throughout their career, Jose has demonstrated strong leadership skills, successfully managing large teams and overseeing significant projects, contracts, and operations.

Jose Villalba obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Industrial Engineering from North Carolina State University from 1999 to 2001. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mathematics from St. Andrews Presbyterian College from 1996 to 1999. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained Agile Contract Management certification from Villanova University College of Professional Studies in August 2019. Jose also holds a Quality Control Inspector Level 3 certification from the Precast, Prestressed Concrete Institute, obtained in December 2009, as well as a Lean Manufacturing Certification from UTSA Research, Economic Development, and Knowledge Enterprise, obtained in March 2009.
