Dr. Mohammad A. Alwaheed

Dr. Mohammad A. Alwaheed has a diverse range of work experience. Currently, they are the Chief Legal & GRC Officer at Osool Integrated Real Estate Co. Starting in 2021, they served as the Senior Legal Advisor to H.E. the Minister of Investment at the Ministry of Investment. In this role, they headed several grievance committees, represented the Ministry before government entities and committees, and provided legal advice on investment and investor-related cases.

Dr. Alwaheed also served as a Board Member at the Saudi Real Estate Arbitration Center starting in 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Aramco for six years, from 2015 to 2021, as the Senior Counsel and Head of In-Kingdom Litigation. In addition, they taught as an Adjunct Professor at King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals from 2019 to 2020.

Before entering the corporate and academic world, Dr. Alwaheed gained experience as a Licensed Attorney in private practice from 2010 to 2015. Dr. Mohammad A. also served as a Judge at the Board of Grievances from 2007 to 2008.

Dr. Mohammad A. Alwaheed completed their education as follows:

- From 2012 to 2015, they attended Suffolk University Law School and obtained a Doctor of Juridical Science (SJD) degree in Law.

- From 2010 to 2011, they also attended Suffolk University Law School and earned a Master of Laws (LLM) degree in Law.

- From 2005 to 2007, they pursued a High Diploma in Law from the Institute of Public Administration-Saudi Arabia.

- Lastly, from 2001 to 2005, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Shariah, with honors, from Umm Al-Qura University, specializing in Islamic Law.
