OSPAR
Chris Moulton has extensive experience in data management and analysis, currently serving as a Data Administrator at OSPAR since February 2012, where responsibilities include overseeing data and information across various environmental work areas. Prior to OSPAR, Chris worked as a GIS Analyst at the Channel Coastal Observatory from September 2006 to February 2012, focusing on data management and analysis for coastal monitoring programs. Earlier experience includes a role as a UAV Systems Designer at URS, where the focus was on designing remote sensing systems. Chris holds a BSc in Remote Sensing and Geographic Information Systems from Bath Spa University.

OSPAR
The OSPAR Convention is the legal instrument guiding international cooperation on the protection of the marine environment of the North-East Atlantic. Work under the Convention is managed by the OSPAR Commission, made up of representatives of the Governments of 15 Contracting Parties and the European Commission, representing the European Union.
