Oscar Caballero Ramirez

Oscar Caballero Ramirez has extensive experience in project planning and control, currently serving as the Gerente de planeación y control de proyectos at Ospinas & Cía. S.A. since June 2016. Responsibilities include planning during the prefeasibility and feasibility stages of projects, providing technical support during design phases for efficiency, and implementing control processes for costs, time, scope, and risks utilizing real-time information systems and Power BI. Previously, Oscar was the Director of presupuestos y programación at PAYC SAS, overseeing budget and scheduling processes for various project types, and served as a Senior Cost Analyst at CEMEX, where Oscar structured technical and economic offers for infrastructure projects. Oscar holds a Master’s degree in Construction Management from Universidad de Los Andes and a Civil Engineering degree from Escuela Colombiana de Ingeniería Julio Garavito.
