Sophie Davison

Sophie Davison is an experienced professional in the fields of remote sensing and vegetation management, currently serving as an Instrument Flight Procedure Designer at Osprey CSL since April 2020. Prior roles include Vegetation Products Manager at NM Group, where contributions to innovative vegetation product offerings took place following a Knowledge Transfer Partnership with Durham University. As a KTP Associate at Durham University, Sophie developed robust vegetation modeling services utilizing LiDAR and remote sensing data. Earlier experience encompasses roles as a GeoData Analyst and Remote Sensing Technician at NM Group, and a Postgraduate Demonstrator at Durham University, alongside a work placement with the Forestry Commission. Sophie's academic background includes a Master’s Degree in Remote Sensing and a Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Geography, both from Durham University.
