Sylvia White

As Director Risk, Legal and Compliance, Sylvia brings a wealth of experience to the role including comprehensive legal, compliance and risk expertise.

After graduating from university Sylvia undertook a traineeship at a law firm in Edinburgh and then continued with the same firm to work in the Corporate Commercial team. Other roles have included working for a Telecom company responsible for procurement before moving to head of northern region legal team. She then joined pharmaceutical and biotech company, Fischer Clinical Services/ Thermo Fisher, as European Counsel covering their business in Europe, Singapore and India & China to set up activities. Sylvia went on to join private military and security company, Aegis, in 2007 as General Counsel and became an executive director and member of Senior Leadership Board and General Counsel when they merged with private security firm, GardaWorld.
