Robert Rokose, CPA

Robert Rokose, CPA has over 28 years of work experience in finance and accounting. Robert currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at both Osprey Funds and REX Shares since 2020. Prior to this, they worked at AccuShares from 2014 to 2019, where they held the position of CFO/Fund Administration and Board Member. In this role, they provided financial leadership to the CEO, Board, and overall organization, managed fund accounting and daily NAV close, and prepared fund financial statements and tax returns. Robert also had responsibilities in maintaining relationships with outside auditors and tax preparers.

Before joining AccuShares, Robert worked at JPMorgan Chase & Co. as the CFO/Executive Director - US Funds in 2013. Robert was a member of the Americas Funds Management Operating Committee and played a key role in strategic and tactical business decisions. Robert also served on several other committees within the company.

From 2000 to 2012, Robert worked at PIMCO as the PIMCO Advisors/Allianz CFO Managing Director. Robert started their career as an Assistant Controller at Lexington Global Asset Managers from 1995 to 2000. Prior to that, they worked as an Internal Auditor at Hertz from 1994 to 1996 and as an External Auditor at Konner & Company, CPA's from 1992 to 1994. Overall, Robert Rokose has a strong background in financial leadership and management across various organizations and industries.

Robert Rokose, CPA, obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from Pace University in the years 1988-1992. Robert further pursued their education by obtaining an MBA degree in Finance from the University of Connecticut between 2002-2005. In addition to their educational achievements, Robert has also obtained additional certifications including being a Certified Public Accountant accredited by the State of New York and holding FINRA 7, 24, and 27 certifications.
