Mike Hazlewood has worked in the medical industry since 2003. Mike began their career at St. Jude Medical as a Clinical Consultant in 2003. In 2004, they moved to The Medicines Company as a Critical Care Business Manager (District Sales Manager), where they were ranked #1 in the region out of 16 sales reps for 2010 in sales growth for Angiomax and achieved a 2010 year over year sales growth of 35%. In 2011, they joined Cardiovascular Systems Incorporated as an Executive District Sales Manager (Los Angeles). During their time there, they were a Presidents Club award recipient in 2015, ranked 3rd out of 250 District Sales Managers in 2015 for the complete year, and ranked 1st in the nation in Sales Power rankings for the 4th Quarter of the fiscal year 2016. Mike also completed 19 out of 21 Quarters over quota, was consistently ranked as a top performer, and was recognized for developing and executing one of the most successful coronary product launches within the company. In 2017, they joined White Horse Management LLC as President. Most recently, in 2018, they joined Osprey Medical as a Sales Manager, and has exceeded quota every quarter since starting with the company.
Mike Hazlewood attended the University of Phoenix from 2005 to 2008, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business. Mike also obtained a Master of Business Administration - MBA degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Phoenix.
