Byron Kahrs Varme

Byron Kahrs Varme has over 40 years of experience in the business industry. Byron Kahrs began their career in 1971 as an Account Executive at W.E. Hutton. In 1982, they became President of PetroFinance, Inc. and held that position until 1989 when they became Managing Director at Trans-Oceanic Capital. In 2008, they founded Wine Winch Partners, Inc. and served as President and Founder. Byron Kahrs also held the position of Executive Director at the Fountation for International Freedom from 2008 to 2014. In 2014, they became Vice President of Corporate Development and Director at Osprey Spill Control (OSC), where they helped develop the most efficient cellulose sorbent in the spill response industry with a 30:1 pick up ratio. Byron Kahrs has also been instrumental in expanding the company's domestic and international markets.

Byron Kahrs Varme received their MBA in Finance from Stanford University Graduate School of Business in 1960 and their BA in Economics from the University of Minnesota in 1955.
