Jim Grodzielanek PT, DPT, currently serves as a Physical Therapist at OSR Physical Therapy since August 2022. Prior to this role, Jim Grodzielanek gained experience as a Student Physical Therapist at Restorative Therapy Associates in 2020, following a significant tenure as a Massage Therapist at Omni Scottsdale Resort & Spa at Montelucia from 2008 to 2018 and at Gainey Village Health Club from 2013 to 2014. Academic qualifications include a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Chapman University (2018 - 2021), a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Arizona State University (2014 - 2017), and various associate degrees from Phoenix College in disciplines related to Cell Biology, Wellness Education, General Studies, and Massage Therapy.

Orthopedic Sports and Rehabilitation was founded by Aaron Williams PT, DPT Owner/CEO in Anthem, Arizona in 2002. The company has expanded its operations in recent years to include eight locations across the valley located in Anthem, Peoria, Gilbert, North Phoenix, Scottsdale, Sun City, Glendale, and Moon Valley. OSR is a comprehensive out-patient physical therapy clinic that specializes in treating a wide variety of problems and diagnoses related to: orthopedic injury, sports injury, post-surgical injury, soft-tissue injury, back and neck pain, motor-vehicle accidents, general hand therapy, work-related injury, and neurological disorders.
