Charles Bouygues

Charles Bouygues has over 16 years of experience in the professional world. Charles began their career in 2004 as a Logistics Manager at Valeo. In 2007, they joined McKinsey as an Operations Practice Consultant. In 2012, they became the Site Director and Operations Manager at UTC Aerospace Systems, where they were responsible for production, logistics, quality, manufacturing engineering and sales administration. In 2016, they took on the role of Associate Director at OPEO Solutions, providing interim management services for industrial turnarounds. In 2018, they co-founded OSS Ventures as the Associate Director. Currently, they are the Integration & Transformation Director at NEXTEAM GROUP.

Charles Bouygues obtained a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Arts et Métiers ParisTech - École Nationale Supérieure d'Arts et Métiers in the period between 2000 and 2003.
