Mufti Ibrahim

Mufti Ibrahim has six years of work experience in the IT field. From 2020 to present, they have been Acting Project Manager at OSSera, Inc. From 2014 to 2020, they were OSS Admin & Technical Support at Telkomsel. From 2010 to 2014, they were Helpdesk & Application Support at Technip, where they reduced and minimized time for installation and troubleshooting engineering software, created installation and troubleshooting manuals, installed and tested engineering software, and prepared and deployed PCs, printers, networks, and telephones for engineering projects. From 2009 to 2010, they were IT Helpdesk at Barclays Indonesia.

Mufti Ibrahim graduated from BINUS University in 2008 with a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
