Michele Melazzini

Michele Melazzini is a researcher and assistant professor at the Department of Design, Politecnico di Milano, with a strong background in design and innovation. Serving as the director of the Executive Master in Strategic Design for Innovation and Transformation at the POLIMI Graduate School of Management and as a scientific coordinator for workshops in the Master's program in Strategic Design, Michele has extensive experience in educational and research roles. With a PhD in Design, Michele's research focuses on the application of Design Thinking in organizational change and corporate culture, alongside contributions as a senior research team member at the Osservatori Digital Innovation. Previous positions include junior product designer at Veneta Cucine Spa, and collaborations with several design labs and educational institutions. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's and Master's degree from Politecnico di Milano, culminating in a PhD earned in 2021.
