Osservatori Digital Innovation
Nicola Spiller serves as the Direttore of multiple observatories including the Osservatorio Omnichannel Customer Experience and the Osservatorio Internet Media at Osservatori Digital Innovation since January 2016. Additionally, Nicola holds the role of Responsabile della Ricerca for the "Branding evolution" project in collaboration with UPA and serves as Direttore of the Osservatorio Multicanalità. Since May 2008, Nicola has been an Omnichannel Marketing & Digital Innovation Advisor at Politecnico di Milano. Educational accomplishments include a Ph.D. in Engineering/Industrial Management and a Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from Politecnico di Milano, completed from 1998 to 2003 and 2005 to 2008, respectively.
