Kate Faulkner is the current HR Business Partner at Osso VR. Kate has over 10 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on strategic initiatives and program design. Prior to their current role, Kate served as the VP of People & Culture at Bridge Connector and the Director of People Operations at Fearless. In their previous role as AVP of Human Resources at ChanceLight Behavioral Health, Therapy and Education, they led the design and implementation of new people programs, as well as assessed and improved current people programs. Kate is passionate about using people metrics to drive key insights and decisions around growth and retention. Kate is also an experienced coach and advocate, able to resolve key employee issues. Kate has a proven track record in benefits and compensation program design and implementation, as well as learning and development programs.
