Niccolo Barber

Niccolo Barber is currently the General Counsel at Osso VR. Previously, Niccolo held positions at various law firms such as Rimon Law, CrowdStreet, JONES DAY®, Lane Powell PC, and Sidley Austin LLP. Niccolo's experience includes advising clients on fund formation, M&A transactions, venture financings, regulatory issues, and securities offerings. Niccolo holds a J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center and a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Utah.
