Ruitao Jiang (Bill)

Ruitao (Bill) Jiang is a skilled analyst currently working as a Predictive Modeling & Simulation Analyst at OST, Inc. since June 2023. Previously, Ruitao completed a Cornell M.Eng Capstone Project at Vulcraft Verco, where a random forest model was developed to predict production line speed. Ruitao served as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Cornell University, teaching simulation modeling and probability and statistics, and also held positions as an Undergraduate Teaching Assistant at the Georgia Institute of Technology. Research experience includes work on G/G/1 queues and Markov chains under Professor Siva Maguluri and change-point detection in networks under Dr. Yao Xie. Additionally, Ruitao interned at Accenture, assisting a major technology client in designing a customer-centric sales process. Ruitao holds a Master’s degree in Operations Research from Cornell University and a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
