Sean Dowling

Sean Dowling is the current Director at Ostendio. Sean has over 20 years of experience in software development, specializing in Manufacturing Execution Systems and Performance Data Collection & Analytics. Sean founded FactoryData in February 2002 and served as the CEO until February 2015. Under Sean's leadership, FactoryData became a trusted provider of robust systems to control and automate mission critical business processes. Sean also provided the intelligence around vital manufacturing performance data to drive key business decisions. Prior to founding FactoryData, Sean worked as a Senior Software Architect at JMP Engineering from January 2001 to December 2002 and as a Team Leader at Honeywell Information Systems from January 1998 to December 2001.

Sean Dowling has a Bachelor's Degree in BSc. (Eng) Systems and Computing from the University of Guelph.
