Anand Agarwal

Anand Agarwal is the current President & CEO and co-founder of OsteoNovus. Anand has also previously served as the Chief Executive Officer of Spinal Balance Inc. from December 2013 to April 2022. In this role, they were responsible for the development of complex spine implants for the treatment of degenerative diseases and deformities of the spine. Agarwal has also served as a University Research Professor of Orthopaedic Spine Surgery & Bioengineering at The University of Toledo from August 2011 to August 2019. In this role, they conducted research in biomaterials, stem cell development, and new medical device development. Anand also provided FDA regulatory advice to medical device companies and product development concept testing to regulatory clearance. Additionally, Agarwal has served as the President and CEO of Guardian Medical USA from March 2018 to May 2021 and as a member of the Board of Directors of Element Orthopedics Inc. from January 2010 to October 2015.

Anand Agarwal attended MBBS and MD at M. L B Medical. College in the field of medicine. Anand later pursued a doctorate in orthopaedic surgery and did a rotation in the European Union.
