Matt Woods

Matt Woods is the founder of Ortho Consulting Group, a management consultancy specializing in the orthopaedics and spine industry. With over a decade of experience, they have advised senior leaders and non-executive boards while driving global business development and supporting clients in securing funding. In 2019, they acquired Osteotec Ltd, a supplier of extremity orthopaedic products, and have since expanded its operations and sales coverage. Previously, Matt worked in various roles that included managing accounts at Medi GmbH & Co. KG and executive search at Windsor & Royal. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Sports Science from the University of Bath.
