Shana Jackson is an experienced logistics professional with a strong background in operations management. Currently serving as Logistics Manager at Osterman & Company since June 2014, Shana has demonstrated expertise in coordinating logistical details and enhancing operational efficiency. Previously, Shana worked at Medifleet, first as Logistics Manager from April 2007 to April 2012, where responsibilities included managing delivery routes and implementing process improvements. Shana then advanced to Account Manager/Customer Service from April 2012 to April 2014, focusing on client management and service quality enhancement.
