Ingela Eriksson

Trafikutvecklare at Östgötatrafiken

Ingela Eriksson is an experienced traffic developer with a strong background in public transportation systems. Currently serving as a Trafikutvecklare at ÖstgötaTrafiken since February 2016, Ingela focuses on investigating and facilitating the implementation of both short and long-term public transport development, particularly in relation to significant infrastructure changes like the Ostlänken project. Prior to this, Ingela held similar roles at Sörmlands kollektivtrafikmyndighet, where collaboration with municipalities and transport companies aimed to enhance system quality, and at Länstrafiken Sörmland, where Ingela led the largest route change in Sörmland in 30 years. Ingela's earlier experience includes a position as a Traffic Planner for trains at Värmlandstrafik AB, where responsibilities encompassed system timetable development and quality improvement, as well as work as a case officer at Migrationsverket. Ingela holds a Master of Science in Communication and Transport Systems from Linköping University and a natural science degree from Ekebyholmsskolan.
