Yi Yang

Yi Yang has over 25 years of work experience in the medical field. Yi started their career in 1994 as an Engineer R&D and Founding Member of Guided Medical Systems, Inc. In 1996, they became a Project Manager at EP TECHNOLOGIES, INC. and then a Senior Project Manager at Boston Scientific in 1997. In 2008, they took on the role of VP R&D and Co-Founder of CAVU Medical, Inc. and then VP R&D at Boston Scientific in 2007. In 2010, they became the COO of Ostial Corp and in 2016 they became the CTO & Co-founder of Imperative Care (a.k.a. The Stroke Project).

Yi Yang received their Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University. Prior to that, they received a Bachelor of Science and Master of Engineering degree from the University of California, Berkeley.
