Neil Taylor is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business development and risk management within the financial services sector. Currently serving as the Head of Repo Business Development at OSTTRA since May 2022, Neil previously held the position of Vice President in Business Unit Risk Management at Morgan Stanley from February 2019 to May 2022.
