Stephen Scott

Stephen Scott is an experienced maintenance and continuous improvement manager currently employed at Osw Equipment & Repair, LLC since February 2023. Previously, Stephen held various management roles including fleet manager at REVO and maintenance and fleet manager at A&I Manufacturing. Stephen's career began as a mobile mechanic and owner at The Roving Wrench, followed by a lead mechanic position at Epic Automotive. Additional experience includes roles as a delivery driver at FedEx Ground, a school bus driver at First Student, and an industrial maintenance specialist at Caterpillar Inc. Stephen holds two associate degrees in Industrial Mechanics and Maintenance Technology from Illinois Central College and a high school diploma from Dee-Mack High School.
