Huff Harper has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Huff started their career as a Technician at Enviro Systems Inc., where they worked on manufacturing and assembly of Air Conditioning and Air Flow Systems for Aircraft. Huff'sbackground in refrigeration allowed him to be involved in the Research and Development of new aircraft systems and design.

Huff then moved on to work at Welt's Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, a family-owned business, where they took on various roles including service technician, estimator, accounting, administrative duties, customer support, and installer.

After that, Huff joined Barrett Refrigeration & Restaurant Equipment Service as a Service Technician. During their time there, they gained experience in servicing and maintaining refrigeration and restaurant equipment.

Next, they worked at Falcon Mechanical as a Service Manager, responsible for the daily operations of the Service and Installation Departments. Huff specialized in refrigeration systems, control systems, air conditioning systems, and duct fabrication. Huff also served as a technical adviser to technicians and resolved customer and technical issues in the field.

Currently, Huff is the President of Oswalt Restaurant Supply. In this role, they have been instrumental in creating and implementing various systems throughout the organization, including sales, project management, purchasing, warehousing, installation, receivables, payables, human resources, and information technology. Huff oversees the daily operations of the company, focuses on future growth, and assists team members with their daily issues. Additionally, they are involved in equipment selection and design build projects.

Huff Harper, CFSP, attended Seminole State College in Oklahoma from 1985 to 1986, where they studied Business. After completing their education, they obtained the Certified Foodservice Professional certification from NAFEM in November 2015. Additionally, they hold several other certifications including Arkansas Mechanical Contractor from the International Code Council, Autocad from Autodesk, H.A.C.C.P Manager Certification from NSF International, Kansas Mechanical Contractor from the International Code Council, Oklahoma Mechanical Contractor from the State of Oklahoma, and Texas Mechanical Contractor from the State of Texas. These certifications demonstrate their expertise in various fields related to foodservice and mechanical contracting.
