Colleen Mccarty

Colleen Mccarty is a senior park planner at Oswegoland Park District. Colleen has been in the park planning industry for over 10 years and has experience working with a variety of park development projects. Colleen is knowledgeable in work related computer applications including Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, and ArcGIS. In their current position, Colleen is responsible for preparing, reviewing, and approving bid documents for development and construction projects for the Park District. Colleen also manages park development projects, prepares design development drawings and illustrations, and applies for grants. In their previous positions, they have also supervised the Park District Memorial Program and the University of Illinois Foundation.

Colleen Mccarty has a Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Colleen is certified by the National Recreation and Park Association as a Certified Park and Recreation Professional, and also by the Illinois Park & Recreation Association as a Certified Playground Safety Inspector.
