Charles Anselm, CFA has a diverse work experience spanning from 1998 to the present. Charles is currently the CEO & Co-Founder of OSYTE, a cutting-edge investment technology product designed for multi-asset investors. Prior to this, Charles served as a Senior Portfolio Manager at Russell Investments, where they managed over $8 billion in derivative investment assets and implemented total fund portfolio strategies for institutional investors and OCIO clients. Before joining Russell Investments, they worked at JPMorgan Chase & Co. as a Senior Financial Analyst, providing financial and competitive analysis for the bank's CFO organization. Additionally, Charles gained valuable experience at Ericsson, where they served as a Project Manager, Senior Verification Engineer, and Design Engineer, overseeing the development and deployment of software for wireless telecommunication networks. Overall, Charles Anselm has a strong background in portfolio management, investment strategy, financial analysis, and software development.

Charles Anselm, CFA holds an MBA in Investments & Finance from the Texas McCombs School of Business. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Iowa State University.
