Previously, Ben held key roles as Group Finance Director at SPOT Group and Group Financial Controller at OfficeTeam Group Limited, where they developed financial strategies and implemented systemic solutions to improve operations. Ben holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and Finance from the University of Portsmouth and has completed all levels of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
