Kenneth Keeling has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Kenneth is currently the Chief Operating Officer at Ops Tech Alliance, LLC, where they oversee intelligence operations and training, cybersecurity training, and special projects within the federal Intelligence & Security Community and DoD. Kenneth is also responsible for driving business development and security operations. Prior to this, they worked as a Project Manager for a federal government client, leading the planning and execution of a specialized training program. Kenneth was also a Project Manager at Threat Tec, where they successfully completed a short-term project and received positive feedback from the client. Kenneth has also worked as an OCO Planner at Booz Allen Hamilton and held various roles in the U.S. Army, including Senior Operations Planning Director/Project Manager and Department Operations/Planning Director.

Kenneth Keeling earned a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Computer and Information Sciences, General from the University of Maryland Global Campus from 1999 to 2003. In 2018, they completed the Joint Cyberspace Operational Planners Course (JCOPC) at USCYBERCOM. In 2017, they obtained a JPME II certification through Joint Knowledge Online for Joint Professional Military Education. Also in 2017, they obtained an LSSGB certification from Aveta Business Institute. Additionally, Kenneth has completed the Executive Strategic Leadership Course in 2012 and the Senior Operations Advisor Course in 2011. Kenneth also holds a Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification from the Project Management Institute, which they obtained in February 2018.
