David Sacamano, ASLA, is an experienced landscape architect and business unit leader specializing in planning and landscape architecture. Currently serving as the Business Unit Lead for Otak in Oregon and Southwest Washington since December 2021, David collaborates with various disciplines to create visually appealing and ecologically resilient community spaces. Prior roles include Senior Consultant at Parametrix, Senior Project Manager/Director at WSP USA, and team leader at HDR, focusing on sustainable landscape architecture and urban design. David founded Illahee Group Inc. and has extensive experience in capital improvement projects as a Landscape Architect for the City of Vancouver. Education includes a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture from the University of Oregon and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from Willamette University.
