Nico Vanderhorst possesses over three decades of experience in civil engineering, currently serving as Senior Vice President and Director of Transportation and Infrastructure at Otak, Inc. since 1995, where duties include principal and senior project management. Previously, project management was conducted at ST Engineering from 1989 to 1995, and research assistance was provided at the University of Washington, involving a project on the resistance of concrete to freezing and thawing. Nico Vanderhorst holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, both obtained from the University of Washington.
