Russ Gaston

Russ Gaston, PE, serves as the Senior Vice President and Director of Water and Natural Resources at Otak, a position held since September 1997. In this role, Russ leads a team of 50 staff members across multiple locations, managing water resources projects and on-call services with a robust focus on engineering excellence, as evidenced by multiple awards from ACEC, including the prestigious 2016 Gold Award. Russ's extensive experience encompasses environmental analyses, watershed planning, and stormwater infrastructure design, in addition to previous work as a Project Engineer at Hardin Lawson Associates, where noteworthy projects included the Lake Wilderness-Jenkins Creek Restoration. Russ obtained an education from Washington State University.
