Philip Pearson FCMI, IEng MIMechE has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Philip started their career as a Mechanical Fitter at Vickers Shipbuilding and Engineering Ltd., where they worked from September 1986 to June 1992. After that, they worked as a Moulding Technician at Ordinary Cable Protection Ltd. for a year from June 1996 to April 1997. Philip then took up the role of a Mechanical Design Engineer at Orcina Cable Protection Ltd. from April 1997 to January 2001. Philip joined Trelleborg Offshore in January 2001 as a Production Manager and served in that role for over ten years until March 2011. Moving on, they worked at First Subsea Ltd. in various positions, starting as a Production & Installation Manager from April 2011 to October 2014, and then as an Operations Manager from October 2014 to April 2016. Philip later rejoined First Subsea Ltd. as an Operations Manager in June 2020 and held the role until July 2022. In September 2022, Philip became the Planning Manager at Thor Atkinson Steel Fabrications Ltd., where they worked until February 2023. Philip currently serves as the Group Operations Manager at OTAQ Group since February 2023.
